The Liveup Sports Mini Adjustable Hurdles can be used for agility, running and plyometrics by using forward, back and side movements.
Each hurdle adjusts from storage mode to 20 or 30 cm with a simple turn and click. What's more, all five hurdles fit into a travel storage bag, making them easy to transport to and from your session.
