Just for pull-ups or barbell rowing, grip strength is an important factor in the correct execution of the exercise, so that the muscle to be trained is optimally used and the full strength potential can be called upon. Grip strength is not only important in competitive sports, but also in everyday life, for repetitive tasks such as carrying a shopping bag etc. They are available in 5 strengths.
