Review Policy

Customer Review Policy - Updated 12 August 2026

To keep our review section helpful, transparent, and fair, all submitted reviews must follow these guidelines.

1. General Eligibility

  • Genuine Experience: You must have personally purchased or used the item you are reviewing. Feedback must be written with the purpose of enabling other customers to understand what to expect from the product. By posting feedback you are confirming that what you've feedback is true, accurate and not misleading. 
  • Relevant Content: Your review must focus strictly on the specific product, its features, and its performance. The review should be clear and unbiased, taking as objective a view as possible for the benefit of customers.
  • Customer Service Note: For issues regarding shipping delays, broken items on arrival, or billing errors, please contact our support team directly for immediate assistance instead of leaving a product review.

2. Prohibited Content

We will not publish reviews that contain:

  • Offensive Language: Profanity, other socially offensive language, hate speech, discrimination, threats, harmful or otherwise defamatory 
  • Personal Data: Phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, or full names.
  • Spam & External Links: Advertisements, promotional codes, or links to other websites and/or businesses
  • Inauthentic Material: Fake accounts, automated bot submissions, or reviews written by competitors.

3. Moderation and Transparency

  • No Review Gating: Both positive and negative reviews are published equally, provided they follow these guidelines.
  • Moderation Process: All reviews are subject to automated or manual checks before appearing online to filter out spam and prohibited content.
  • Incentivised Reviews: If a review was submitted in exchange for a discount code, reward points, or a free sample, it must be clearly marked with a badge or disclosure tag (e.g., "Incentivised" or "Product Sample Received").
  • Legal proceedings: Feedback that is the subject of a cease and desist, disputed letter before action or a court claim from a customer shall be taken down until the process finds otherwise;

4. Rights to Content

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent right to use, reproduce, and display your review text and star rating across our marketing channels and website.
