Fibre Boost is an Australian brand behind one of the most popular protein bars on our shelves – the Cold Pressed Protein Bar. Instead of being baked, each bar is cold pressed, giving it a soft, chewy, dessert-style texture with a short list of ingredients.
Each 60g bar packs around 22g of protein from whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate, plus around 26g of soluble prebiotic fibre, under 1g of sugar and under 150 calories. They're sweetened with stevia, with no added sugar, making them an easy high-protein, low-carb snack between meals or on the go.
