How does NZ Muscle Rewards work?
It’s simple: join for free and get $5 credit, earn 3% cash back as credit every time you shop, and get $5 each when you refer a friend. Your credit sits on your NZ Muscle account, ready to spend on your next order.
What happened to my old points?
Points are out, cash back is in! We’ve converted your old points balance into a coupon. You’ll find it on your NZ Muscle account, and we’ve also sent it to your email.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Just create an NZ Muscle account and you’re in.
How do I get my $5 joining credit?
Your $5 welcome credit is added to your account when you sign up. It’s a one-off credit, limited to one per person.
How much cash back do I earn?
You earn 3% of the value of eligible purchases as credit. It’s calculated on what you pay for products after any discounts, and doesn’t include shipping, gift cards or anything paid for using credit or vouchers.
When will my credit appear?
Make sure you’re logged in to your account when you order. Credit is added to your account once your order has been fulfilled.
How do I use my credit?
Your credit can be used towards your next purchase on your NZ Muscle account. Credit has no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
How does refer a friend work?
Share your referral link with a mate. When they create an account and complete their first order, you both get $5 credit. Your friend needs to be a new NZ Muscle customer, and you can’t refer yourself or another account you control.
Does my credit expire?
Yes. Unused credit expires 12 months after it’s issued, so make sure you use it.
What happens if I return an order?
If an order that earned credit is refunded, returned or cancelled, that credit is removed. If you paid for part of an order using credit and it’s refunded, that portion goes back to your account as credit.
Can I earn credit in store?
Yes, as long as your purchase is linked to your NZ Muscle account in store. Just let the team know at the counter.
Terms & conditions
- NZ Muscle Rewards is run by NZ Muscle Ltd and is open to individuals with a registered NZ Muscle customer account. It applies alongside our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- One account per person. Accounts and credit are personal and can’t be transferred, sold or combined.
- We may suspend or close an account, and remove credit, where we reasonably believe the program has been misused, including fraudulent referrals, multiple accounts or abuse of returns.
- We may change or end the program or these terms at any time, and will give notice of material changes where possible. Changes don’t affect credit already issued, except as set out in these FAQs.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
