About this product

The LiveUp Sports Kettlebell has a solid iron core wrapped in a tough rubber coating, which helps protect your floor and the bell itself from knocks. It's built for swings, cleans, presses, goblet squats and everyday strength work at home or in the gym.

The steel handle gives a secure grip for one or two hands, and the flat base keeps the bell steady when you set it down between sets.

Available in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20kg. Sold individually.

1 x LiveUp Sports Kettlebell in your chosen weight (sold individually, not as a pair)

Is it sold as a pair?

No, each kettlebell is sold individually. Add two to your cart if you want a pair for double-kettlebell work.

Which weight should I start with?

Pick a weight you can swing or goblet squat for 15–20 controlled reps with good form. For many beginners that's around 8–12kg, while lighter bells suit presses, Turkish get-ups and warm-ups.

Why choose a rubber-coated kettlebell?

The rubber coating is gentler on floors than bare iron and helps protect the bell from knocks. It's a good choice for home gyms.

Do I still need a mat?

It's a good idea. The rubber coating helps, but a rubber mat or gym flooring gives your floor the best protection.

Alright

the handle on this is honestly trash Pretty dumb to put a rough texture finish where your hand grips it :face_palm::skin-tone-4:‍:male_sign: feels like sandpaper it doesn't belong on a kettlebell it should be a smooth finish I had to sell mines after a few weeks cause my palms started getting ugly blisters and calluses.

Good quality

Happy with purchase, 16 + 20kg both have a good finish.

Great product

Happy with my new gym equipment. Great service.

Liveup kettle bell

Good kettlebell for the price. Only issue is during heavy sweating you get a bit of black residue running off the outer coating. Easly cleans off with soapy water.
