About this product

The LiveUp Sports Ankle Weights add a little extra resistance to walking, leg raises, glute kickbacks, Pilates, toning classes and arm work. They fit around your ankles or wrists and are soft and comfortable to wear.

An adjustable hook-and-loop strap holds each weight snugly in place so it doesn't slide around during your set. Each weight is fixed, so step up to a heavier pair as you progress.

Available in 0.5kg or 1kg. Sold as a pair, and the weight shown is for the pair, so the 1kg option is two 0.5kg weights.

Well-made ankle/wrist weights that also really look the part. I've already used them, and they're awesome.

Great for training

Bought for my son to use while playing basketball, to add some resistance and build strength. Works perfectly and has made a huge difference in his training efforts.
