LiveUp Sports Sauna Suit

It traps your body heat while you exercise, so you sweat more than you would in normal training clothes. Any weight change from sweating is water, which you need to replace by drinking fluids.

Wear it over a light T-shirt and shorts or leggings, which also makes it easier to keep clean. Keep sessions moderate and take breaks when you need them.

Avoid wearing it in hot conditions or for long, hard sessions. Drink plenty of water and stop straight away if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.

Wipe it down inside and out after use and let it dry fully before folding it away.
