About this product

The LiveUp Sports Fabric Resistance Band is made from polyester woven with rubber latex thread, so it's soft to the touch and grips well without rolling or snapping like a thin rubber band can.

Use it for glute bridges, squats, side steps, kickbacks, shoulder work and stretching, at home, in the gym or when you travel. It folds up small, so it's easy to keep in your gym bag.

Each band is 88cm long, and the width increases with the resistance: light (pink, 2.5cm), medium (green, 3.3cm) and heavy (blue, 4cm).
