DESCRIPTION
The LIVEPRO Anti-Burst Core-Fit Exercise Ball is made of stable plastic, which makes it particularly robust and resistant. The ball is used for gymnastic exercises and therapeutic purposes. The exercises with the ball strengthen the back, improve the sense of balance and the deep muscles to stabilize the torso. It can also be used as a sitting ball in the office or anything else.
