The Live Up Sports Total Body Suspension Trainer helps core stability flexibility and works on toning all major muscle groups.
The trainer can be used both indoors and out and offers a huge variety of exercises.
The nylon straps are adjusted to suit and the trainer can be used by anyone from an elite athlete to a complete novice.
The suspension trainer can also help improve core stability flexibility and works on strengthening and toning all muscle groups. Suspension training works by using the body’s own weight to create resistance.
Altering the length of the twin durable nylon straps (which can be attached to either your arms or your legs) you can vary the resistance. By shifting and suspending your body weight against gravity you can create your own resistance to target all muscle groups.
• It gives you a cardiovascular and resistance work out in one.
•Ideal for beginners to elite athletes and it can help with ongoing rehabilitation from injury.
• Light weight, compact and easily stored.
• It can be hooked up to any overhead structure that safely supports your weight. It also includes a door mount.
