DESCRIPTION
This box is well suited for intensive plyometric training. It improves the jumping and explosive power of the user. 3 different heights offers the user a varied exercise unit with different application possibilities. A cover of resistant tarpaulin and a high-density foam core ensures a cushioning jump up and a reduction of injuries when slipping down and landing on the edges of the box. The solid foam core ensures convincing stability.
