BUILT TO PERFORM

SPEED

Smooth, fast turns

High-precision ball bearings let the cable rotate freely, so the rope keeps up when you push the pace.

GRIP

Knurled aluminium handles

Lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium handles with a knurled finish give you a secure hold, even when your hands get sweaty.

ADJUSTABLE

Set it to your height

The 3m steel cable adjusts at the handle, so you can dial in the right length for your height and skill level.

About this product

The LivePro Speed Rope is built for fast skipping, from warm-ups and conditioning to double-unders. High-precision ball bearings let the cable spin freely in any direction, so turns stay smooth when you pick up the pace.

The 15cm handles are aircraft-grade aluminium with a knurled grip, and the coated steel cable is 3m long and adjustable, so you can cut it down to suit your height.

At 190g it's light enough to throw in your gym bag, and it works just as well at home, in the gym or outside.

How do I set the length?

Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot and pull the handles up. For speed work, the tops of the handles should reach about armpit height, or a little lower once you're confident. Adjust at the handle and trim any excess cable.

Is it good for double-unders?

Yes. The thin steel cable and ball-bearing handles are designed for fast, smooth rotations, which is what you want for double-unders and speed work.

Can I use it outside?

Yes. The cable is coated, but rough surfaces like concrete will wear it faster, so a mat or smooth floor will keep it in good condition for longer.
