DESCRIPTION
Adjustable Hand Grip has 4 levels of resistance, its anatomical shape and the position of the spring are ideal for any size of hand, this facilitates exercise for the hands and wrists.
Its strength adjustment is between 10 kg to 40 kg.
You can adjust the intensity of the exercise according to your strength and desired performance.
Hand Grip works the muscles of the forearm and hand which provides an increase in the strength of that region.
Being small, it can be easily transported to any location and can be used in your spare time.
It should be done in moderation so that no injuries occur.
Its spring is very resistant and continuous use can injure beginning users.
