This Rubber Medicine Ball is intended for the development of speed-strength qualities, it also improves coordination and dexterity, in a sparing mode of training it will help to develop flexibility and improve coordination, joint work, and tone the muscles. Also used for the rehabilitation of the elderly or patients in the post-traumatic period. The ball surface is waterproof, non-slip, absorbs blows well.
