About this product

The LivePro Rubber Grip Plate is a rubber-coated Olympic plate with built-in grip handles. The handles make plates easier and safer to carry, load on and off the bar, and use on their own for exercises like plate presses, raises and carries.

The rubber coating protects your floor and equipment and reduces noise compared with bare steel plates.

Fits standard Olympic barbells. Available in 5, 10, 15 and 20kg.

Will it fit my barbell?

It's made for Olympic barbells with 50mm sleeves. It won't fit standard 25–30mm bars.

Can I drop it?

Yes, it's designed for dropping from shoulder or overhead height. Always drop onto a lifting platform or rubber gym flooring, never onto concrete or tiles.

Is it sold as a pair?

No, each plate is sold individually. Add two to your cart to load both ends of the bar.
