The Liveup battle rope are the ultimate functional fitness tool. With a huge variety of movements and exercises, you can build strength whilst improving your cardiovascular system. Great for training your upper body, arms and core.
Fitness rope is made of abrasion-resistant and non-absorbent polyester and thanks to it, the rope can be used indoors and outdoors. There are protectors on both sides against fraying, and especially for better grip and a more efficient workout.
