About this product

The LiveUp Sports Battle Rope 9m is a go-to tool for high-intensity conditioning. Waves, slams, circles and whips work your arms, shoulders, core and legs while getting your heart rate up.

The 38mm (1.5") rope is made from a hard-wearing, water-resistant poly fibre, so you can use it indoors or outside. Heat-shrink grips and end caps help stop the ends fraying and give you a secure hold.

At 9m long it suits most home gyms and garages. Loop it around a secure anchor point and work from the middle.

Model	LiveUp Sports LS3676
Length	9m
Diameter	38mm (1.5")
Weight	Approx. 7.5kg
Material	Abrasion-resistant poly rope
Ends	Heat-shrink grips and end caps
Use	Indoors and outdoors

1 x 9m battle rope

Not included: anchor strap or wall anchor.

How do I set it up?

Loop the rope around a secure anchor point, like a post, rack upright or wall anchor, so both ends are the same length. Then hold one end in each hand.

Can I use it outside?

Yes. The poly rope is hard-wearing and doesn't soak up water, so it's suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Store it dry between sessions.

How much space do I need?

With the rope folded in half around an anchor, allow about 4.5m in front of the anchor plus room to stand and move.

What exercises can I do?

Alternating and double waves, slams, circles, side-to-side whips and more. Mix them into intervals for a full-body conditioning session.
