About this product

The LiveUp Sports Workout Gloves combine a padded training glove with a long, adjustable wrist wrap. The cushioned palm helps protect your hands from friction and calluses, and the wrap lets you set how firm the glove feels around your wrist.

Wear them for barbell, dumbbell and machine work, where a secure hold on the bar matters. Double-stitched seams help them stand up to regular training.

Available in S/M and L/XL. Sold as a pair.

Model	LiveUp Sports LS3071
Palm	Cushioned pads
Wrist wrap	Adjustable, 12-inch
Seams	Double-stitched
Sizes	S/M and L/XL

1 x pair of LiveUp Sports Workout Gloves (left and right) with built-in wrist wraps, in your chosen size

Are they sold as a pair?

Yes, you get a left and a right glove, each with its own wrist wrap.

How tight should the wrist wrap be?

Firm enough that your wrist feels supported during heavy sets, but not so tight it feels uncomfortable. Loosen it off between sets.

Which size should I choose?

S/M suits smaller hands and L/XL suits larger hands. They should feel snug across the palm, and the wrist wrap adjusts separately.

Great gloves

I do a fair bit of dumbbell work at the Gym and these gloves have been great, they make gripping the dumbbells easier and have prevented me from getting calluses. They have also provided good wrist support.

Bought the xl but truthful they should be labelled as L very tight to get on the ends are a little short too but this will also be due to there real size is only large overall the feel is ok
