BUILT TO PERFORM

WRIST SUPPORT

Extra support when the weight gets heavy

Wrap them firmly around your wrists before heavy pressing, pushing or strongman work. The 8cm width covers the joint without getting in the way of your grip.

ADJUSTABLE

Set the tension you want

The elastic stretches as you wrap, so you can go tighter for top sets and looser for warm-ups. A hook-and-loop closure holds everything in place.

About this product

The NZ Muscle Wrist Wraps add support around your wrists when the weight gets heavy. Wrap them firmly before pressing, pushing or handling strongman implements, then fasten the hook-and-loop closure to hold them in place.

Each wrap is 8cm wide and 55cm long unstretched. The elastic lets you choose how tight you go – firmer for your top sets, looser for warm-ups – and it's a good idea to loosen them off between sets.

Sold as a pair, in black.

Material	Elastic
Closure	Hook-and-loop (velcro)
Width	8cm
Length	55cm unstretched
Colour	Black
Sold as	Pair

1 x pair of NZ Muscle Wrist Wraps (2 wraps), black

Are they sold as a pair?

Yes. You get two wraps, one for each wrist.

How tight should I wrap them?

Firm enough to feel supported, but not so tight that your hands tingle or go numb. Most lifters wrap tighter for their heaviest sets and loosen the wraps off between sets.

When should I use wrist wraps?

They're most useful on heavy pressing movements like bench press and overhead press, and when handling strongman implements. For lighter sets you can usually leave them off.

How do I look after them?

We recommend a cold hand wash and letting them air dry. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing so it doesn't catch on anything.

Too wide and thick

"Suitable for big arms/wrists Was looking for something more soft and feminine. I bought some from NZ muscle a few years back but these ones are different, they’re too wide and stiff."
