How do I use single-loop straps?

Feed the end of the strap through the loop, slip your hand through so the strap sits around your wrist, then wrap the tail around the bar in the opposite direction to your grip and twist to tighten.

Why leather instead of cotton?

Leather is thick and hard-wearing, and it grips the bar well. Many lifters find it softens and moulds to their hands over time.

Are they sold as a pair?

Yes, you get two straps, one for each hand.

How should I clean them?

We recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth and letting them air dry away from direct heat.
