Four meal containers and two ice packs come with the bag, along with a removable, adjustable shoulder strap.

How do I keep my food cold?

Freeze the two ice packs overnight and pack them in with your meals. The high-density thermal insulation helps hold the cold through the day.

It OK

"the description on the site is a little misleading. the bag came with 4 small containers, not the 5 of 2 different sizes as per the description. They fit in the bag, but not as well as I hoped. I expected the containers to be well suited to the bag, but sadly not quite the right size"

Meal prep bag

"The bag is awesome good size and nice and sturdy. The meal prep containers it comes with are ok but don't seal as well as I would like. But not an issue for me as I brought for the bag not the containers"
