Inside there's an insulated compartment for your meals with a zippered mesh pocket for a large ice pack, a laptop slot that fits up to a 15-inch laptop, a hook-and-loop bottle holder for your shaker and a side mesh pocket. Outside you'll find a side pocket, a back zip pocket and four metal feet on the base.

The detachable shoulder strap adjusts up to 150cm, so you can carry it by hand or over your shoulder. Available in black or tan.
