BUILT TO PERFORM

5MM NEOPRENE

Support that still lets you move

5mm neoprene gives the knee firm compression and warmth, while staying flexible enough for deep squats and lunges.

ANATOMICAL CUT

Stays put through every rep

The sleeve is shaped to hug the knee without bunching, and a textured inner lining helps it hold its position through your sets.

About this product

The NZ Muscle Knee Sleeves give you firm, comfortable support and extra warmth around the knee for squats, lunges, cleans and leg day in general, without locking up your range of motion.

They're made from 5mm neoprene for a good balance of support and mobility, with an anatomical cut that hugs the knee without bunching. A textured inner lining helps them stay in place through your sets, and the low-profile design sits comfortably under training gear.

Available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Material	5mm neoprene
Lining	Textured, grippy inner finish
Fit	Anatomical cut, low profile
Sizes	S, M, L, XL, XXL
Best for	Squats, lunges, cleans and leg training

How do I choose a size?

Knee sleeves should feel snug and firm without pinching or cutting in. If you're between sizes, the smaller size gives more compression, while the larger size is easier to pull on and off.

How thick are they?

They're made from 5mm neoprene, which gives solid support and warmth while still letting you move freely through squats and lunges.

Can I wear them under my training gear?

Yes. The low-profile design sits close to the leg, so they fit comfortably under leggings, shorts or track pants.

How should I wash them?

We recommend hand washing them in cold water and letting them air dry, out of direct sun.

Knee sleeves

Very comfortable fit and feel great during deadlifts

These are a great fit,

These are a great fit, don't slip at all and help get my knees warmed up quickly and keep the joints working well through the entire workout.

NZ Muscle Knee Sleeves

I bought size these in a small, sizing was as described. These are tight but still allow me to complete functional fitness workouts. They are so supportive in heavy squats and other movements such as overhead squats and squat cleans. I found they have helped me with knee pain I had been experiencing. They definitely have given my confidence back in lifting heavy. I recommend these to anyone in a similar situation to me or if you just want to lift heavier.

Go a size up!!

I got a L and it was still tight so would recommend going a size up

Comfortable Supportive Stylish

Theyre good! I use a size Large they dont slip down on me, comfortable to train in all round good knee sleeves to squat and workout in.

Knee Sleeves

my experience was amazing. I had ordered the wrong size sleeves. It was hassle-free in communication with the team about swapping for the right size. And it was all sorted and returned back to me with no issues or delays

Pretty damn good

Sleeves do very well with knee support etc

Think I got a size too large but measurements put me to 2XL. So will carry on with them
.

Knee sleeves

These were a good fit as per the specs

Knee sleeves

These are so awesome for my knees. They support my knees while I workout and also just wear them when I'm not working out.

Knee sleeves

Awsome no more knee pain when working out. Highly recommend

comfy and gets the job done

been using them for a few weeks, working great

Awesome

Strong and robust very supportive

These are great

Great compression on the knees making them feel tight , supported and confident when lifting! Highly recommend!

great price and quality, bad info on measurement

I would recommend going a size down if you are closer to the lower measurement of the knee, for example, I had a circumference of 15inches on my knee so I got the xxl, but it was slightly to big so I would recommend that if you are . 5 inches from the lower measurement, get a size down. Other than that, good knee sleeves, they're good if you don't want to spend 100+ for SBDs especially if you're not a powerlifter.

Knee Sleeves

Very good quality product . Nice fit . Bought a second pair the next size down for my elbows.

Thanks NZ Muscle
Aaron

Great support

It provides the knee with great support during weight training.

Knee Sleeves

Awesome product, with me having bad knees it supports really well.

Knee support

Nice fit to calf and thigh. . . slightly wider than my MKR pair. Fit is comfortable but not snug enough for heavy sessions.

XXL knee sleeves

I bought xxl based on measurements from online tool. These are too loose and I’m unable to use them. XL would have been more suited

NZ Muscle knee sleeves

they are a nice product, however I find that they are not suitable as they creep a lot so I am not able to really benefit from their support around the knee

Birthday Gift

Overall I rate these items a solid 10/10!!!! I bought both of these items as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves them. He said they feel very supportive and he thoroughly enjoys using them for his gym training. He never leaves home without them. THANK YOU!!!
