About this product

The LivePro Weightlifting Olympic Bar is a full-size 20kg bar for squats, deadlifts, bench press and Olympic lifts. Four needle rollers and two copper sleeves let the sleeves spin freely, which helps keep cleans and snatches smooth.

It's made from 45# steel with a tensile strength of 140,000 PSI and is rated to 317kg (700lb). The 28mm grip has medium IWF-standard 1.2mm knurling that holds well even when your hands are sweaty, and the electroplated 50mm sleeves are 41cm long for easy plate loading.

The bar is 2.2m long with a 1.31m grip section, in black and silver.
