About this product

A one-piece cast iron kettlebell built for swings, cleans, snatches, goblet squats and everyday strength work. The LivePro Solid Cast Iron Kettlebell is moulded in a single piece, finished in a black electrostatic powder coat, and sits on a wide, flat base so it stays steady on the floor between sets.

Because it's cast iron, the bell gets bigger as the weight goes up, and the handle gets thicker too, from 28mm on the lighter bells up to 37mm on the heaviest in the LivePro range.

Available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 24kg. Sold individually.

Is this a competition kettlebell?

No. This is a cast iron kettlebell, so the bell and handle get bigger as the weight goes up. Competition kettlebells are made from steel and stay the same size at every weight.

Which weight should I start with?

Pick a weight you can swing or goblet squat for 15–20 controlled reps with good form. For many beginners that's around 8–12kg, while experienced lifters often use 16kg and up for swings.

Is it sold as a pair?

No, each kettlebell is sold individually. Add two to your cart if you want a pair for double-kettlebell work.

Will it damage my floor?

Kettlebells are heavy and can mark hard floors if they're dropped or set down roughly. Train on a rubber mat or gym flooring to protect both the floor and the bell.
