About this product

The LiveUp Sports Sauna Suit is a two-piece jacket and pants set made from rubberised PVC. It holds in body heat while you train, so you work up a sweat faster during cardio, circuits and brisk walks.

Wear it over light training clothes and keep sessions sensible. Drink plenty of water before, during and after, avoid training in hot conditions, and stop straight away if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Available in S/M and L/XL.

What does a sauna suit do?

It traps your body heat while you exercise, so you sweat more than you would in normal training clothes. Any weight change from sweating is water, which you need to replace by drinking fluids.

How should I wear it?

Wear it over a light T-shirt and shorts or leggings, which also makes it easier to keep clean. Keep sessions moderate and take breaks when you need them.

Is it safe to wear in hot weather?

Avoid wearing it in hot conditions or for long, hard sessions. Drink plenty of water and stop straight away if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it down inside and out after use and let it dry fully before folding it away.
