Yes. Unused credit expires 12 months after it’s issued, so make sure you use it.

If an order that earned credit is refunded, returned or cancelled, we may remove the credit it earned. If you paid for part of an order using credit and it’s refunded, that portion goes back to your account as credit.

1. NZ Muscle Rewards is run by NZ Muscle Ltd and is open to individuals with a registered NZ Muscle customer account. It applies alongside our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. One account per person. Accounts and credit are personal and can’t be transferred, sold or combined.
3. We may suspend or close an account, and remove credit, where we reasonably believe the program has been misused, including fraudulent referrals, multiple accounts or abuse of returns.
4. We may change or end the program or these terms at any time, and will give notice of material changes where possible. Changes don’t affect credit already issued, except as set out in these FAQs.
5. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
