About us
100% NZ owned and operated. From one family home to stores across Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin.
How we got started
NZ Muscle is a true grass roots New Zealand business, starting out of founder Dion’s family home while he was studying.
Back in 2006 there was very little to choose from in NZ. Protein powders were expensive and tasted like chalk. Dion thought there had to be a better way – and NZ Muscle was born.
Since then the business has grown from strength to strength. Our first shop opened in Auckland in 2009, and today we have stores across Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin, plus nationwide delivery online.
What we do
At NZ Muscle we’re all about helping people look good and feel great, with high quality sports nutrition and supplements from the brands you know and our own NZ Muscle range.
We have products for all shapes and sizes – male or female, the hardcore bodybuilder and the everyday gym goer. Because let’s face it, not everyone wants to look like Arnie (but there’s nothing wrong if you do!).
Protein powders, protein bars, creatine, weight loss, pre-workouts, intra-workout, post-workout – we do it all. If we don’t have a product you’re after, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
