About this product

Make glute training simpler with the LivePro Glute Focus Box. This foam box has a rounded, angled back edge that gives your upper back a padded, stable place to rest, so hip thrusts and glute bridges are quick to set up and comfortable to repeat.

It's just as useful for step-ups, squats, split squats and elevated bridges. Start with bodyweight or resistance bands, then add dumbbells, kettlebells or a barbell as you get stronger. An exercise guide and height scale are printed on the side, and a side handle makes it easy to move around the gym.

Ideal for home gyms, personal training and small group classes.

What exercises can I do on it?

It's built around hip thrusts and glute bridges, and also works well for step-ups, squats, split squats and elevated bridges. The exercise guide on the side of the box shows several options.

Can I use it with a barbell?

Yes. Many people start with bodyweight or a resistance band, then progress to dumbbells, kettlebells or a barbell for hip thrusts. A bar pad makes loaded hip thrusts more comfortable.

Is it soft?

Yes, it's a foam box with a padded cover, so it's comfortable against your back and kinder on shins and floors than a wooden or steel box.
