How do I adjust the length?

Shorten the cable to suit your height. A good starting point is standing on the middle of the rope with the handles reaching about armpit height, then fine-tune from there.

Is it good for double-unders?

Yes. The thin coated cable and bearing handles spin quickly and smoothly, which is what you want for double-unders and speed work.

Can I use it on concrete?

You can, but hard, rough surfaces wear the coating faster. A rubber gym floor or mat helps the cable last longer.
