About this product

Get more out of your push-ups with the LiveUp Sports Push Up Stands. Raising your hands off the floor lets you lower deeper into each rep, and the upright handles keep your wrists in a neutral, straight position instead of bent back flat on the floor.

The stands are made from PP with soft TPR on the handles for grip and comfort. At 19 x 11 x 7.7cm each, they're compact enough to keep in a drawer or gym bag.

Use them for push-ups, dips close to the floor, L-sits and other bodyweight core work.

Why use push-up stands?

They raise your hands off the floor so you can lower deeper into each push-up, and the upright handles keep your wrists in a straighter, more neutral position.

Do they come as a pair?

Yes, you get two stands, one for each hand.

What else can I use them for?

Try them for L-sits, tuck holds, close-to-floor dips and mountain climbers as well as push-ups.
