Ten removable weight bags

Five iron-sand bags on the front and five on the back keep the load balanced. Take bags out to start lighter, then add them back as you get stronger.

Locks in when you move fast

A hook-and-loop waist belt cinches the vest close to your torso, so the weight stays where it should on runs, sprints, burpees and box work.

COMFORT

Wide shoulders, padded fit

8cm-wide shoulder straps spread the load over a bigger area, and 2cm sponge padding cushions it for longer sessions.

Tear-resistant nylon outer
2cm sponge padding
8cm-wide shoulders

About this product

Add load to your runs, walks, bodyweight circuits and HIIT sessions with the LivePro Weighted Vest. Ten removable iron-sand weight bags – five on the front and five on the back – sit close around your torso, and a hook-and-loop waist belt keeps the vest snug so it doesn't bounce when you move fast.

The 8cm-wide shoulders spread the load over a bigger area, and 2cm sponge padding keeps it comfortable through longer sessions. Take bags out to start lighter, then add them back as you get stronger.

Available in 10kg and 20kg, in a tough, tear-resistant nylon with a camo finish.

1 x LivePro Weighted Vest in your chosen weight
10 x iron-sand weight bags, fitted (0.92kg each in the 10kg vest, 1.92kg each in the 20kg vest)

Can I change the weight?

Yes. The weight comes from ten removable bags, so you can take some out to start lighter and add them back as you progress. In the 10kg vest each bag is about 0.92kg, and in the 20kg vest each bag is about 1.92kg.

Will it bounce when I run?

The hook-and-loop waist belt pulls the vest in close to your torso, which keeps the weight from bouncing. Do the belt up firmly before runs, sprints or jumping work.

Should I get the 10kg or the 20kg?

The 10kg suits walking, running, circuits and HIIT, or anyone new to training with a vest. The 20kg is better for slower strength work like weighted pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats and lunges, or if you've outgrown the 10kg.

Is it one size?

Yes. The vest panel is 41 x 39cm with an adjustable waist belt, and the weight options are the only choice you need to make.
