About this product
Train box jumps, step-ups, Bulgarian split squats and more with the LivePro 3-in-1 Soft Plyometric Box. It measures 50 x 60 x 75cm, so you get three jump heights from one box. Just flip it to change.
Inside is a solid frame of birch wood for stability, wrapped in a layer of EVA cushioning and a hard-wearing, non-slip PVC cover. The soft edges are more forgiving on your shins than a bare wooden box if you clip one.
At 21kg it stays put during training but is still easy enough to move around. Suits home gyms, commercial gyms, schools and sports teams.
