The LiveUp Sports Elbow Sleeve is a light, slim support that pulls on over the elbow and gives gentle, even compression while you train. It's made to stay comfortable through longer sessions, so you can wear it from warm-up to your last set.

Wear it for pressing, curling and pulling work in the gym, or for throwing and racquet sports where your elbow does a lot of repeated work. It slides on and off in seconds, so it's easy to keep in your gym bag.

Which size should I choose?

S/M suits smaller arms and L/XL suits larger arms. The sleeve should feel snug but comfortable, without pinching or leaving deep marks. If it does, go up a size.
