About this product

The LiveUp Sports Exercise Band with Handle, also known as the LiveUp Soft Expander, gives you smooth, progressive resistance for presses, rows, curls, lateral raises, squats and more. Soft foam handles make it comfortable to hold through higher-rep sets.

It packs down small, so it's easy to take on holiday, keep at the office or add to a home workout corner. Stand on the band or loop it round a sturdy anchor point to change the exercise.

Choose from three resistances, each in its own colour: light (pink), medium (green) and heavy (blue).

Which resistance should I choose?

Light suits beginners, warm-ups and smaller muscles like shoulders. Medium is a good all-rounder, and heavy suits stronger users and bigger movements like rows and squats.

Can I use it for leg exercises?

Yes. Stand on the middle of the band for squats and deadlift-style moves, or use it for standing kickbacks and side steps.

How do I look after it?

Keep it out of direct sun, away from sharp edges and rough surfaces, and check it for nicks or wear before each use.
