About this product

The LivePro Rubber Granule Bumper Plate is a full-size, 450mm black bumper for Olympic lifting, cross training and general barbell work. The thick rubber absorbs impact when you drop the bar, keeps noise down and helps protect your floor.

A stainless steel insert lets the plate load and unload smoothly on an Olympic barbell, and the rubber is water and wear resistant, so it suits garage gyms and outdoor setups as well as indoor training. LivePro drop-tests this plate 20,000 times from a standard height without it losing shape.

Available in 5, 10, 15 and 20kg.

Will it fit my barbell?

Yes, if it's an Olympic barbell with 50mm sleeves. The centre hole is 52mm, so it won't suit standard 25–30mm bars.

Why are all the weights the same diameter?

Every weight in this range is 450mm across, so the bar sits at the same height off the floor whichever plate you load. Heavier plates are thicker rather than wider.

Can I drop it?

Yes, it's built for it. Drop onto a lifting platform or rubber flooring rather than concrete to look after your plates and floor.

Is it sold as a pair?

No, each plate is sold individually. Add two to your cart to load both ends of the bar.
