About this product

The LivePro Power Bag is built for functional strength and conditioning: cleans, shoulder presses, squats, lunges, carries, rotational throws and high pulls. Its shape moves with you, so it trains grip and stability as well as strength.

The weight comes from iron sand held in the centre of the bag around a firm inner tube, with pearl-cotton foam layers to cushion the load. The outer is a thick, tear-resistant, waterproof PVC with cross-stitched seams and 5cm polyester webbing, and the grips are covered in thick NBR rubber for comfort.

Available in 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25kg. Each bag is 57cm long and has its weight printed on it.

Can I change the weight?

No. Each power bag is sealed at a fixed weight. Step up to the next bag as you get stronger.

Can I drop it?

It's designed for dynamic training and has cushioned layers and a tough PVC shell, but placing or dropping it from a controlled height onto a mat or rubber floor will help it last.

Which weight should I start with?

Most people start with 5–10kg for throws, rotations and fast work, and 15–25kg for carries, squats and cleans.

Can it get wet?

The PVC outer is waterproof, so sweat and outdoor sessions are fine. Wipe it down and let it dry before storing.
