About this product

The LivePro Adjustable Bench takes you from flat to fully upright, so one bench covers bench presses, incline and shoulder presses, rows, curls and core work. The backrest adjusts through six positions from 10 to 90 degrees, and the seat has three angles (0, 8 and 16 degrees) to stop you sliding on steeper inclines.

It's built on a steel frame with thick sponge padding covered in hard-wearing PU leather. At 36kg it's solid enough for dumbbell work at home or in the gym, and it folds for storage.

Flat, it measures 1530 x 650mm, with a pad height that ranges from 460mm to 1370mm depending on the backrest setting.
