DESCRIPTION
The Force USA C10 All-In-One Trainer packs a full commercial gym into a single six-post frame. At its core is the Cornerstone station — six independent pulley connections made up of dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus high and low centre cable stations, giving you three cable ratios without ever rerouting a cable.
- Six pulley connections — dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus high and low centre cable stations
- Flow Mode and Lock Mode — pop-pin the arms rigid for heavy pressing, or release through 180° for rotational and sport-specific work
- Cable ratios — 1:1 on the bottom centre cables (or dual-connected to double resistance), 2:1 on the top centre cables and Freestyle Pulley Arms
- Up to 227kg (500lb) maximum cable resistance, centre-connected
- Dual 91kg (200lb) weight stacks, upgradeable
- Integrated Smith machine, chin-up bar and full power rack
- Square 11-gauge steel uprights, 16mm hole pattern at 51mm laser-cut spacing on all sides

South Island Overnight
Order before 3:00pm for delivery overnight Monday to Friday. Excluding weekends and public holidays (rural addresses will take longer).
If you place an order after 3pm on Thursday, your order would be delivered the following Monday.
