About this product
The LiveUp Sports Yoga Mat is a light, cushioned mat for yoga, Pilates, stretching and floor exercises at home or the gym. At 180 x 60cm it's long enough to lie out on fully, and the 6mm thickness gives your knees, hips and back some padding on hard floors.
It's made from a neoprene and EVA blend with a soft, grippy surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth.
When you're done, roll it up and secure it with the elastic straps, then use the carry strap to take it with you or hang it up. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heaters and sharp objects.
