About this product

Sharpen your footwork with the LiveUp Sports Quick Hurdles. The set of five lightweight hurdles is ideal for speed, agility and plyometric drills, with forward, backward and lateral movements.

Each hurdle adjusts between 20cm and 30cm high with a simple turn and click, and folds down flat for storage. They're light enough to set up and pack away in seconds, indoors or outside.

Great for runners, team sports, boot camps and anyone wanting quicker, more coordinated feet.

How do I change the height?

Turn the legs until they click into place at either 20cm or 30cm. Turn them back to fold the hurdle flat for storage.

Can I use them outside?

Yes, they're light and portable and work on grass, turf, courts and indoor floors.

What drills can I do?

Line them up for forward hops, high-knee runs, lateral steps and bounding. Spacing them closer together trains quick feet, and further apart works on power.

Does it come with a bag?

Yes, a carry bag is included so you can pack all five hurdles away and take them to training.
