About this product

Turn a doorway into a pull-up station with the LiveUp Sports Home Pull Up Bar. The steel bar adjusts in length to fit doorways from 80–120cm, and soft foam handles give you a comfortable grip for pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging core work.

It fits inside the door frame and doesn't use screws, so there's no drilling and it's easy to take down when you're done. Extend it until it sits firmly between the sides of the frame, and check it's secure before every session.

Measure the inside width of your doorway before ordering, and make sure the frame is solid timber that can take your bodyweight.

Not included: screws or wall brackets. This bar fits inside the door frame without them.

Do I need to drill into my door frame?

No. The bar fits inside the door frame and no screws are included or needed. Extend it until it's firm in the frame, and test it carefully before putting your full weight on it.

Will it fit my doorway?

It adjusts to fit doorways from 80–120cm wide. Measure the inside width of your doorway frame before ordering. We also stock this bar in a 63–96cm size for narrower doorways.

What kind of door frame does it need?

A solid timber frame in good condition. Avoid hollow, cracked or plasterboard-only frames, and always test the bar carefully before putting your full weight on it.
