About this product

The LiveUp Sports Hip Band is a woven fabric resistance band made from polyester and latex. It's a popular choice for glute activation, banded squats, hip thrusts, lateral walks and warm-ups, and it gives more resistance than a light latex mini band.

An anti-slip strip on the inside helps the band stay put on your thighs instead of rolling or sliding up, and the 8cm-wide fabric is more comfortable on bare skin than thin rubber. It's small and light enough to keep in your gym bag.

Available in three sizes: S (32cm, purple), M (37cm, green) and L (42cm, blue).

Which size should I choose?

The smaller the band, the more tension it puts on when it's stretched around your legs. S (32cm) is the tightest, M (37cm) sits in the middle and L (42cm) is the loosest. Larger legs or beginners often find M or L easier to start with.

Will it roll up during squats?

The band is made from woven fabric with an anti-slip strip on the inside, which helps it stay flat and in place on your thighs.

Where do I wear it?

Most people wear it just above the knees for squats, hip thrusts, glute bridges and lateral walks. You can also wear it around the ankles for kickbacks and side steps.
