About this product

The LivePro Sparring Gloves are made for bag work, pad work, sparring and boxing fitness classes. The outer is a durable PU leather that's water and wear resistant, and the thick EPE foam padding cushions every punch, with extra padding in the finger bend.

A wide hook-and-loop strap secures the wrist quickly without needing help, and an open palm design keeps your hands more comfortable through longer rounds.

Available in 10oz, 12oz and 14oz, each in its own colour. Sold as a pair.

1 pair of LivePro Sparring Gloves in your chosen size

Not included: hand wraps.

Which size should I choose?

As a general guide, 10oz suits lighter users and bag or pad work, 12oz is a good all-rounder, and 14oz gives more padding for sparring and heavier users. Many gyms ask for 14oz or heavier for sparring, so check with your coach.

Should I wear hand wraps?

Yes, we recommend hand wraps under your gloves for extra wrist support and to keep the gloves cleaner. Wraps aren't included.

How do I look after them?

Air them out after every session, wipe the outer with a damp cloth and avoid leaving them zipped in a gym bag.
