DESCRIPTION
PVL 100% German Creatine is made with Creapure®, the creatine monohydrate produced in Germany and known worldwide for its every-batch-verified purity, potency and quality. With a minimum purity of 99.99%, it's one of the cleanest creatines you can buy.
Creatine increases power and strength during high-intensity training, helps build lean muscle when combined with resistance training, and helps restore ATP (your muscles' energy) between repeated bouts of intense exercise.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 250–500ml of liquid once a day. Optional loading phase: up to 4 scoops per day (maximum 5g per dose) for the first 5–7 days.
