How to Use
Mix one scoop (5 g) with 150–250 ml of water, juice or your preferred beverage. Take once daily, including on rest days.
An optional loading phase can be used by taking 15–20 g daily, divided into 3–4 servings, for 5–7 days. Follow with a maintenance serving of 5 g per day.
