DESCRIPTION
CON-CRET + Hydration pairs the patented CON-CRET® creatine HCl with a full electrolyte profile, so one scoop covers both your creatine dose and your hydration in the same drink.
Creatine HCl is far more soluble than monohydrate, which means a much smaller serve and no gritty residue at the bottom of the bottle. There is no loading phase and no cycling required.
Alongside the creatine, each scoop delivers 360mg sodium, 175mg potassium chloride, 100mg calcium and 5mg magnesium, plus vitamin C, B6 and B12. Sugar free and sweetened with stevia, at just 5 calories a serve.
40 serves per tub, in Lemon Lime and Citrus Mango.
Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 300-475ml of water. Take as needed to support hydration and recovery.
