DESCRIPTION
CON-CRET Capsules deliver the patented CON-CRET® creatine HCl in a capsule, so there is no scoop, no shaker and nothing to mix.
Creatine HCl is substantially more soluble than creatine monohydrate, which is why the serve is so much smaller. There is no loading phase and no cycling, and it is easier on the stomach for people who get bloating or discomfort from monohydrate.
Each capsule provides 750mg of creatine HCl. 60 capsules per bottle.
Directions: Take 30-60 minutes before training with at least 180ml of water. Normal training: 1 capsule per 45kg of bodyweight. Intense training: 1-2 capsules per 45kg of bodyweight. On rest days, take 1 capsule per 45kg of bodyweight to support recovery. Do not exceed the recommended serve. Not intended for anyone under 18.
