DESCRIPTION
With NOW®DIM 200 you can promote healthy hormone metabolism by supporting your body’s normal detoxification processes. Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical that’s a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. We’ve included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.

DIM has been shown to support normal oestrogen levels which may support menopausal symptoms and PMS. DIM may also offer support for breast comfort and fluid balance.
