Macro Mike pre-workout is an invigorating blend of plant based amino acids, brain boosters, vitamins, creatine and plant derived natural caffeine in a controlled dose.

We’ve done just that with our Pre Workout blend. Nothing artificial, no caffeine crashes – just focus, endurance, energy and performance delivered to you in a natural and effective blend that tastes great.

Directions:
12g (2 generous scoops) mixed with 250ml of water. For individuals sensitive to caffeine we recommend testing your tolerance first with a half serve.
We recommend taking 30-45 minuets before a workout either with food if suffering with a sensitive gut or on an empty stomach for faster absorption.
